Shipping policy

Processing Window: Orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed beginning the next business day.

Carrier & Tracking: All orders are shipped via reliable carrier services with tracking provided. Once your shipping label is printed and scanned, a tracking link will be emailed to you automatically.
Rates & Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Online-Only Model: Carsonell Discs operates strictly as an e-commerce platform. All purchases must be completed securely online; we do not offer local pickups or in-person cash transactions.
